DingleBerries technically started (for Foley) with a failed attempt at a webcomic called "Geeks With Too Much Free Time" about 4 years ago. His years learning animation had left him with only rudimentary illustration skills and a complete ignorance of the more advanced photoshop protocols. This combined with his natural affinity for procrastinating led to many drawn comics but incredibly few finished ones (none). During this time Kiwi had been propositioned by a friend of hers to make a comic using his writing. However his lack of any compositioning foresite made it a very difficult job for Kiwi (too many words, unrealistic positioning, etc). The solution to both Foley and Kiwi's gripes would seem obvious in 20/20 hindsight, however like any good Pahlaniuk story, these two threads would not intertwine until many years later.Fast Forward to 2007, Foley and Kiwi are in a bar (definitely not named after a piece of wood...) after a game of "Mage: The Ascension" and getting drunk to the point of bitching about the problems with their respective webcomics. It was pointed out that Kiwi had in fact majored in Illustration, the very evil Foley was unable to combat. Foley also knew enough about composition to make Kiwi's life a little easier. So it was that many $2 beers later: A drunken pact was made, and DingleBerries was born! Kiwi has cursed Foley for tricking her into this deal ever since.
